Waterford Historical Society presents academic awards to Waterford High School seniors

​Thanks to the generosity of one of its members, the Society presented $1000 academic awards to three Waterford High School seniors for scholastic achievement and community involvement and who intend to major in history or a related area in their college careers.

Society members (and Class of 1966 Waterford High School classmates!) Anthony Cascio, benefactor and member of the Ways &  Means Committee, and Holly Anderson Camerota, Publicity Chair, (pctured above) presented the awards at the high school’s June 4, 2024, senior class awards ceremony.

It was a wonderful opportunity for Holly and Chuck to visit their alma mater, share their Lancer Pride and recognize three superb WHS students: Alexa Collins, Rebecca Roarke and Payton Smith.
