Waterford, CT Historical Society
The third annual Art in Waterford: Past+Present+Future will take place on August 14, 15, 2021, at the historical buildings on Jordan Green in Waterford, Connecticut.
Well-known Waterford artists from years past will be featured in the Beebe-Philips House. Students from Clark Lane Middle School, Waterford High School, The Williams School and Saint Bernard School will have their artwork in the 18th-century schoolhouse. And in the Margaret Stacy Barn on historic Jordan Green in Waterford, Connecticut, will be the third annual “Art in Waterford” juried art exhibit for contemporary artists.
The Waterford Historical Society, Inc. is now soliciting 1 or 2 original works of art from local artists. This year’s theme has been expanded to encompass southeastern Connecticut or Connecticut shoreline subjects.
CALL FOR ARTISTS: Any local artist may submit an artwork application by March 25, 2021, to be considered by our exhibit jurors in April for the August event.
